Reservations, Check-ins, Departures and Cancellations

Reservations

Please phone or email to reserve a room(s).

Payments

We are able to accept credit or debit cards. Personal payment cards do not attract a booking fee, Business payment cards however do incur a nominal booking fee. Please contact us for further details.

Arrivals

Check in is between 4pm and 7pm on the day of arrival. Please advise if your arrival is outside of these times.

Departure

Please vacate your room by 10am on the day of departure.

Cancellations

If room(s) are cancelled within 7 days of arrival date, we reserve the right to charge full amount 'unless' we are able secure a further booking to alternatively occupy the room(s).
